Raw Vegetable Soup Ingredients

Here’s a quick and simple soup that I whipped up in my Blendtec, using the Raw Vegetable Soup recipe that came in the Blendtec recipe book. It took about 5 minutes from start to finish and ended with a smooth, spicy soup that was quite good.




  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 green scallion
  • 1.5 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chicken bullion
  • Salt & pepper

The soup was smooth, with not an identifiable trace left of any of the vegetables. The green onion and black pepper both give the soup some spiciness, so if you’d like to tone that back a bit, reduce either ingredient as you see fit. I served it with some crackers for a nice, light lunch.
